How are orders processed?

Your order will be processed immediately and a confirmation email will be sent. Do check your junk mail if you have yet to receive the confirmation email half an hour after you have submitted the order.

May I place my order through the phone?

Yes, we do accept orders via phone. Only bank transfers will be accepted for this order method. Delivery will only be arranged after the transfer is done and verified.

How fast can I receive the goods?

Via our website: You may choose to receive the goods earliest 3 days after you placed an order.
Via phone and Facebook: Same day delivery may be arranged for special urgent request (subjective to situation)

Purchasing as a gift?

You may include a greeting message under order notes with your order upon check out, before payment. A complimentary greeting card with your gift message would be provided.

What are the delivery time slots?

9am – 5pm, 6pm – 10pm

What if I purchased an item before a promotion event?

Orders are processed once the order is submitted, therefore all items will be charged at the price when the orders are submitted. 

Can I cancel my order and be refunded?

Via PayPal: NO cancellation or refunds will be done for all orders submitted via PayPal.
Via Bank transfer : Cancellations MAY be accepted as long as goods are yet to be delivered (subjective to situation)
